  • Making Donations: Donations can be made via our WooCommerce platform using secure payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards) processed through Westpac Bank. All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and secured with SSL encryption. By donating, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • Irrevocability: All donations are voluntary, irrevocable gifts to support our charitable objectives, such as community welfare and spiritual programs. We will use donations in accordance with our mission, which may include pooling funds or directing them to specific projects at our discretion. If you designate a donation for a particular purpose, we will endeavor to honor it but reserve the right to reallocate if necessary.

  • Tax Deductibility: Om Shanthi Theertham is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Donations of $2 AUD or more may be tax-deductible for Australian residents, subject to Australian Taxation Office (ATO) rules.
